Z’s whole coffee beans are available only in our retail locations in Lawrence, KS and The Merc. We display 12 bulk bins at each Z’s location in Lawrence, so not all of our coffees are available simultaneously. Why? Because we believe the advantages of having freshly roasted coffee outweighs the advantages of having a huge selection of coffees that may be going stale. So we roast enough coffee to keep a good variety available yet ensure our coffees are always fresh. Each week we roll a new coffee selection out of the roaster, so no matter which coffee you choose, you can choose confidently, knowing your beans will stay fresh longer after you get them home.
Coffee Choices
To help you choose among our available coffees each week, each Z’s store offers our coffee bean guide, which lets you choose a coffee similar to one you already know you like—so you can expand your coffee horizons with confidence. And we offer some classic coffees including Espresso, Moon River, Blue Velvet, Decaf Night & Day, and Decaf Dream Weaver. Remember, there may be no best coffee, but there is certainly the best coffee for you!
